Pastrami dumplings are the original fusion dish that inspired this site.

Make it a Ruben by putting in some swiss cheese and russian dressing as a dipping sauce.

Ingredients

Filling

225gPastrami
125gSauerkraut
1 pack of 30Dumpling Wrappers

Sauces

1/4 cupKetchup
1/4 cupGochujang
1/4 cupHoney
1/4 cupGulden's Mustard
1/2 cupRussian Dressing

Preparation

Step 1: Filling Mix

Chop up the pastrami and mix it with the sauerkraut.

Step 2: Assemble the Dumplings

Scoop. Stuff. Pinch.

Step 3: Fry the Dumplings

350º for 2 min per side until G.B.D.

Step 4: Sauces

Mix the ketchup and gochujang. Combine the honey and mustard.
